Luméris was born from a simple question:
Who are we when no one dictates to us what we should be?
To this day, no one knows the answer, because for centuries women have fought for their rights in a world that has never truly integrated them. Despite considerable progress, violence, injustice, erasure, and domination persist. Too many are still denied a childhood, an education, freedom, security, a listening ear, or even simply… peace.
This is not a dream.
That's an answer.
A new path.
A floating territory, conceived by women, for women, where one can finally heal, grow, learn and live without hindrance.
How much longer will we have to wait?
How many more women will have to pay the price for this inaction?

Here, every woman can be fully herself, free from religious, political, or social pressures.
A place where governance is reinvented and medicine is adapted to the female body.
It is a radical liberation from imposed rules.
We are not seeking to convince or to please.
We are building and we open this space to those who will recognise it as their own.
We have chosen to do what no one has yet dared: to imagine a place without compromise and to liberate the world's greatest untapped resource: women.
