Concretely, this means two things, which we prefer to tell you clearly today:

Governance and management positions are held by women. This is not a sanction: it is the structural principle of the project.

On subjects that concern specifically female experiences (health, body, violence), the deliberative voice belongs to women. Your expertise may be requested but your decision-making voice is not on these subjects.
